A Motto is an expression of the guiding principle of a person, organization, or body. It is a sentence, phrase, or word that expresses the spirit or purpose of the person, organization, or body and is often inscribed on a badge or banner.
In KDA, our motto is: WORSHIP . LEARN . CONNECT . GROW . ESTABLISH
Find out what it means, directly from some of our Partners:
John Matthew
WORSHIP: In KDA, we enter into the presence of God with Thanksgiving. We understand the importance of entering into God’s presence that’s the reason we start our services with Thanksgiving. We worship without minding who we are and what we’re going through.
LEARN: in KDA we learn and unlearn things. We learn the will of God and how to make the will of God our top priority for life (Matt 6:33). We study the scripture to have ourselves approved, genuinely rooted in it and bring ourselves to the perfect will of God with the help of the Holy Spirit.
CONNECT: In KDA we understand the importance of having incessant moments with the Father (intimacy). We connect with the Father in the place of prayer and the word; not allowing any form of distraction. We believe indeed that the presence of God dwells in us, therefore we can’t afford to live our lives in compartment. We remain connected while in our offices, market places, in our homes, etc.
GROW: In KDA we yearn for spiritual growth. We replicate ourselves in furtherance of the kingdom of God. We agree with the fact that the kingdom’s inheritance is for the mature not babes. Therefore we tirelessly yearn for spiritual growth so as to be eligible for the kingdom inheritance. We want to be growing in the place of manifesting the gifts and fruits of the spirit.
ESTABLISH: We are called to establish the kingdom agenda. We are called to establish the will of God here on Earth. We are called to continually exercise dominion and bring everything to obedience to Christ. We are called to create the kingdom of God mind-set in the heart of every person of every language, every race, every tribe, every tongue. And we are to reign productively in Christ with the help of the Holy Spirit.

In KDA, we are building a kingdom community of spiritually equipped disciples. These disciples reverence God through sincere worship (WORSHIP), they acquire knowledge on kingdom principles and its application in their day to day activities (LEARN), they become larger in terms of knowledge acquired through kingdom teachings (GROW), become firm in the knowledge of kingdom principles (ESTABLIS) and all the above draws more men to the community (CONNECT).

WORSHIP: Without the inward attitude of the heart, we cannot praise God the way we should. In KDA we enter into God’s presence with Thanksgiving and intense praise that flows from a pure heart (Psalms 24:3-5). In KDA we praise God and give thanks first before we present our requests to God (Philippians 4:6). In KDA we worship God in Spirit and in Truth. God seeks people to worship Him in Spirit and Truth (John 4:23-24).
LEARN: In KDA we learn how to put God first in our priorities. We learn to make our primary focus seeking First the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, repenting of our Sins and making a daily effort to live God’s way of life through prayers and meditating on the Word of God (Matt 6:33).
CONNECT: We connect directly to the Love, Power and Grace of God through unrestricted worship, fervent prayers and undiluted word of God (Hebrews 4:16).
GROW: Spiritual growth is the process of becoming more mature in one’s relationship with Christ. Our spiritual growth as Christians cannot be overemphasized. It is important to be conscious that we’re growing and making progress in our spiritual life. In KDA, Our knowledge of God comes from the Word given to us for our edification and growth (1 Peter 2:2, Hebrews 6:1). Sonship qualifies us for inheritance, but maturity gives us access to our inheritance (Galatians 4:1-7).
ESTABLISH: In KDA, we help establish the kingdom of God on earth by living righteously, obeying God’s command and serving with dedication (Matthew 6:10). We are made strong, complete and equipped to follow God and to face the trials that exist in this life.
