KINGDOM MARRIED – The Married Fellowship fosters married couples growth towards fulfilling God’s design and purpose. True kingdom couples are to reflect the glory of God and the unity of the Trinity through shared purpose, honor and love. The key to influencing our society and world with a lasting impact is strengthening our marriages’ capacity to rule the sphere where God’s plan is to produce kingdom families that will impact the world.
KINGDOM SINGLES – The Singles Fellowship brings unmarried members together not only to address needs and connect, but also to foster spiritual growth and a drive to achieve purpose. John the Baptist, Jesus, Paul, and Timothy were unmarried. Jesus spoke favorably about “eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 19:12), and Paul even called celibacy a “gift from God” (1 Corinthians 7:7). He further suggested that married people’s interests were divided while the unmarried could devote themselves wholly to the Lord (1 Corinthians 7:32-35). What is more, Jesus taught that in the eternal state, there will be no more marriage, but all will be “like angels in heaven” (Matthew 22:29-30).
KINGDOM KIDS – “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it” (Proverbs 22:6). Raising and training a child within this context begins with the Bible, as “all Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training…” (2 Timothy 3:16). Teaching children the truths of Scripture will make them wise for salvation (2 Timothy 3:15); thoroughly equip them to do good works (2 Timothy 3:17); prepare them to give an answer to everyone who asks them the reason for their hope (1 Peter 3:15); and prepare them to withstand the onslaught of cultures bent on indoctrinating young people with secular values.
